Chains Keeper is the name of the game that I developed with Ingumak, an indie game studio located at the Basque Country (Spain).

The game puts the player into the role of the keeper of hell. Hordes of demons attempt to escape, destroying the holy cork that lies high up in their prison. There are different kinds of demons, each of them requiring a different way to be killed.

It is coded in C++ using a 2D engine known as Cocos2d-x. The game physics are processed with Box2D physics engine.

For the first time, I worked with a multidisciplinary team that included 2 artists, another programmer and a musician. Chains Keeper and its enhanced edition, Chains Keeper SE, are intended as quality products for casual gamers and mobile devices.
